Most recently, a number of significant problems became apparent during the short, 30 day settlement period but Laura worked flat-out, and over the weekend, to solve them successfully. I have recommended LPCM to a number of others and I'm aware in one instance of them solving a particularly messy problem with the assignment of a lease for an associated garage space.

I used LPCM to do the conveyancing on a property I bought. I have had a very bad experience using this firm and they do not hold themselves accountable at all for giving incorrect documentation, figures and information. Considering the amount of time and money their incompetence cost me I asked for an adjusted account for fees which I felt was totally appropriate However they went ahead and ignored my request and took the entire amount at settlement with no adjustments or communication. Very poor business skills. Use them at your own peril.
