      Worst company to deal with

      I would suggest to avoid at all costs. Hidden fees and also very arrogant when dealing with clients. I was put forward hidden charges in name of disbursement costs at the last minute. Please stay away.

      Avoid at all costs

      The worst company I have ever dealt with. Continual issues with lack of communication and having to constantly chase them for updates. I even spoke with the owner but there has been no improvement. I have dealt with four different people and they are all incompetent. I would avoid them at all costs if you are a first home buyer as they do not explain anything, do not keep you informed and they charge additional fees on top of what they have quoted you. The seem to only care about engaging you quickly and taking your money.

      Excellent Service.. Value for money ..

      Excellent service ! From the very beginning, the introduction was clear, what was required of me was clear, the process was hassle free, no re-work, communications were concise and very clear and made things so much easy for me (It was almost hands-off). Also, their fees are very competitive. I will definitely use their service again.
