rude rude rude reception staff first time visiting the clinic had issue with the reception being rude on the phone then when we came in to complain spoke to an old lady with boy cut hair who smells like cigarette and weed when she just came back from outside explained to her what happened turned around and swore at us then gave us the finger

Horribly rude people. The Doctor I saw had no clue either. Discraceful.

If your suffering from a mental health issue. Do not visit this clinic. I repeat do not. The doctor I saw "Dr Billy Ralph" basically threw me out because I didn't book a 20 min appointment. God forbid someone tops themselves in there offices. Not sure anyone there has a heart.

I don't recommend this clinic at all. I felt like they are more interested in getting through as many people in a short space of time as possible rather than making sure that the patient had all their concerns addressed. Btw a long appointment is 15 minutes. I had made 1 regular appointment to discuss what I was there for, then 2 long appointments for 2 different tests that are very common and I was told I needed another appointment to discuss anything else as the appointment was about to run overtime, and I would have to go back again for the results. Ridiculous. One good thing is I felt the doctor was very knowledgeable. I very rarely see a doctor so I would only go there if you want a quick in and out appointment rather one where you had questions or had a few niggling problems as you may need to make a long appointment or go back for a second appointment. I ended up sending my results to another clinic as I don't like feeling like a number.

Very unprofessional and poorly organised front office staff. Would rather pay to go to a real clinic rather than bulk bill.
