At AAA Sheds & Roofing & General Plumbing, we care about the customer and what they want. Not only do we come out and do an on-site quote we also get on your roof and make sure what we tell you is accurate. Jim is the owner and does the quotes with years of roofing experience.
Not only do we provide on-site quotes, we break down the work scope and take pictures if required. This means you have a detailed idea of what you are paying for and not just an overall monetary amount.
As a small business that is primarily based on-site we have lower overheads and believe in passing this onto customers to make it more affordable.
Without customers we would not be in operation. We are in regular contact with our customers to keep them updated on the status of their job. From little things like ringing if we are running behind to dealing with follow-up with the customers.
From when the admin makes initial contact and gathers information, we do an on-site visit to see exactly what the customer wants. If building we can look at plans.
We have dealt with many customers who have weekenders, investments and live in other cities. We take photos, call with the information for works, send it through and keep all correspondence going during the job as well.
