Like the other reviews, my experience was terrible! In my opinion the Lady on the phone is rude, dismissive and dishonest. I had the quote done and left a large deposit. With out notice I received a call saying we are cancelling your quote and your new price is now double. I have also since heard the quietly of the product matches the quality of their service. Defiantly avoid this company!!

Do not trust or believe anything thus company tells you. The sales rep was lovely until we had an issue with installation and then he disappeared off the face of the earth. As for the woman who takes all the bookings, she has no idea what manners or customer service is. She was extremely rude and not helpful once she received payment. Basically we were told to pay in full days before the installation date, so we did only to be told on the installation date that the shutters won't be operating until 4 days later as they hadn't booked in an electrician for the job! No matter how many times I called no one called me back.

Have been following up on faulty roller shutters week after week and they never follow through. I've paid over $10k for the shutters and its always one problem after another. I have made numerous calls and they can only say i can't get someone out there. Really crap service. If i can give them no stars, I would.

Never go for it.
Has been installed with this company. At the beginning sale person come and make all agreement seems really professional way but when the processing of installation and completion of job, we have to follow up and keep begging them to come. They dont have the communication between electrician staff. Really dissapointed with this kind of service. Never go for this company.
Really disorganised company.

Love the shutters and they got here before Easter as promised.
We had our back shutters done with another lot 3 years ago and had a terrible time with'em. They said it will take around 4 weeks and they took more like 4 months. Anyway totally different experience this time around, David was here quoting 3 weeks ago and our shutters were installed yesterday.

I HAD ROLLER SHUTTERS INSTALLED BY ROLLERTEC IN DECEMBER 2014 ,WE HAD A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE ,FROM THE SALES REP WHO ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS VERY HELPFUL AND NOT PUSHY TO THE INSTALLERS WHO INSTALLED OUR SHUTTERS PROFESSIONALLY .THEY ARE GREAT AT REDUCING HEAT, LIGHT, AND NOISE ALLOWING OUR 6 MONTH OLD GRANDSON TO SLEEP DURING THE DAY .WE NO LONGER WAKE UP AT SUN RISE. CANT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH.WE ALSO FEEL SAFER NOW. ALSO A GOOD QUALITY PRODUCT AT A VERY GOOD PRICE.

Terrible dishonest ripoff! Called for quote to replace small part of roller blind, installed a replacement without permission or any discussion costing us a lot more. This was not what I was quoted on the phone or what I requested.
