KaSing was a gentleman to deal with. He explained the fees over the phone and arrived at my property within a couple of hours of the call.

He repaired our system, works perfectly now and also provided some servicing tips.

I am absolutely impressed by the speed and quality of service provided by KaSing from KS Heating & Cooling! Our ducted heating system broke yesterday afternoon and we were left in the cold overnight without any heating and outside is freezing cold. This morning we found this company at random and we decided to call them and KaSing answered the phone and advised that he will come to us in about an hour and that's exactly what happened. He came over, looked at the main system and found the faulty part and graciously replaced it and tested the system thoroughly and here we are again enjoying the warmth of our home and all thanks to KaSing. We are sincerely very, very, pleased and happy with the service provided by KaSin.
