I consulted Dr Jayesh Sony on a Saturday 2 weeks ago regarding my shoulder aches and knee stiffness. I was limping for 2 weeks. When I asked Dr Sony if I could have x-ray, he assured me that my conditions are not serious and not necessary to have x-ray. He then advised me to return to clinic to see other doctors when I have pain. He asked me to sign Medicare form to claim weekend rates of $140 and sent me off with no treatment. Unfortunately, after a week, I experienced shooting pain inside my right leg. If Dr Sony had ordered x-ray and ultrasound 2

weeks ago, I would not have to endure the continuous pain and difficulty in walking on exertion for 3 weeks. I am now incapacitated and have to undergo urgent treatment.

Dr. Monnard was an exceptional physician and a truly caring person who dedicated himself wholeheartedly to his patients. He had been our family doctor for years, and we were always so grateful for his care. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring his patients fully understood their health and treatment options. Doctors like him are rare—his compassion and dedication set him apart.



I never minded waiting a little longer for my appointment because I knew he was giving each patient the time and attention they deserved, just as he always did for us. His sudden passing was a shock, and we are deeply saddened by the loss of such a wonderful doctor and person He was more than just a doctor—he was a kind and caring presence in our lives.



RIP, Dr. Monnard. You will be greatly missed and always remembered.

I went to access medical centre on a Sunday when my daughter broke her leg. The doctor saw me urgently, put a cast on my daughter and referred us to a paediatric orthopaedic surgeon. The doctor was warm, professional and highly efficient. I highly recommend access medical centre

Terrible medical centre!!! I seen a dr Canti who left me waiting in the room, she seemed to have no idea what she was talking about which was obvious when she returned with a text book then asked me to read and asked if they were my symptoms. When she had written me the script i realised it had the wrong name. Very un profesional!!! This woman should not be practising medicine!!! Would hate to see someone wrongly diagnosed, peoples lives need to be taken seriously!!!!

Shocking of a clinic. Rude receptionist and doctor. Charged me 20 dollars for the consultation. When i went into the room, she told me they didnt have anyone that could see me now so i have to come back in the morning again but wouldnt refund me the money. Pathetic. The "doctor" told me she couldnt refund because she already saw me. Seriously an absolute joke. Ive never been more disappointed with a clinic in my whole life.

Absolute joke of an establishment. There are no redeeming factors. The doctors are late, one once forgot my appointment because she was hungry and needed lunch, the doctors are barely interested and don't even try to hide that fact, don't expect to get called when results come in, don't expect to be referred to the correct places and don't take anything you're told there as gospel. Took girlfriend's dad here at 7.30pm (nothing else open) he was having a sever allergic reaction to something, causing swelling, itching and also triggered off his asthma, making breathing very difficult.

When we arrived, there was none in the reception area but still had to wait an hour to see the doctor, after they eagerly took a $20 consultation fee.

After seeing the doctor, who didn't have an antihistamine injection at the clinic sent us to the pharmacy nxt door which also ran out. The clinic couldn't do anything else for him so suggested he go to the hospital.

So the whole experience at Knox Access was a WASTE of TIME and MONEY!!! Having been sent back and forwards between med center and pharmacy with no regards to the fact that the patient was in severe pain and finally having to go to hospital. pfft...
