Liars and sellers of dodgy cars! Bought a outlander that has been in a front end and rear end collision. Not sure it should even be road worthy. The resr end collision bar is even missing

We Purchased our first New Car from this dealer.

Great while signing up, had a problem and that's when it all went down hill

Its had a problem from the first day they tried to fix it. Now they just say its normal
They have dragged our problem out for 5 weeks and have no interest in fixing it.

I would warn all against this very unprofessional business and believe nothing they tell you.

Its been clunking since new and had broken plastic when delivered, all the promise given to fix them and now just flat out rude. Total disregard for consumer law

Service here is faultless. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and get you the best deal for your individual needs. A lot of other dealerships would benefit from following suit. If you're looking for a car Knox Mitsubishi should be your first and last stop.

Book a test drive and the car is there an waiting ready to go when you arrive. The sales man was a minute late whist finishing another client, but took the time to appogise and organised refreshments whilst we wait.

Very friendly and introduced me to the manager to explain the montly sales special. I was very impressed with the whole operation and I will be buying all my mitsubishi cars from there.
