Personal experience: They refused to release my car after holding it at their yard. They claimed to be partner with many insurance companies but the fact is they use your car as leverage and overcharge insurance companies including a unreasonable secondary towage. They relocated my car without consent and made it as their excuse to charge second towage fee. The fee is not included in current regulation hence they charge you arms and legs. There is an ongoing legal class action against towing company so just call your own insurance company to obtain their truly partnered towing company contact to tow your car.
DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE A SCAM.
