Byford A Doctors Surgery

In my experience of this practice, which has been over a period of approximately 20 YEARS, I always found the receptionists, first contact, to be cheerful and attentive to my needs. I have been seen by all the Doctors in the practice at different times and found them, again to be very attentive with regards to my health needs. Waiting in Doctors surgery is par for the course, there is always plenty of books to read or bring your own, emergencies happen over which they have no control.

Worst experience both receptionist are very rude in phone and in the doctors had to wait for 40 minutes when I asked how will it be they seemed to get irritated. Won't be coming especially after the poor bedside manner the doctor face me!
