I went in to the shop today to get some magnesium powder.... I was asking questions about the various brands because Ive been given differing advice in the past... And also it's an expensive product. One lady who was a naturopath there was so lovely and helpful... Unfortunately the other one was horrible! She rattled off all this stuff that I didn't know was even directed at me and then when I asked her another question she berated me like a child and asked 'wasn't I listening before'.... I really think this lady needs to watch her customer service... I certainly won't be shopping there again. When paying customers come in to ask advice they should be treated with respect. If I knew the answers to things I wouldn't be asking.... I hate how one lady's rudeness can leave you feeling horrible. I can't believe she's even a naturopath. If it wasn't for the other staff I would've walked out.
