Crosby Tiles

If you want courteous helpful service - try another Tile Retailer. I have been here several times before and the staff have always been helpful but this time, probably because I only bought two boxes of tiles, 'Dam' (too lazy to put his full name on the docket) couldn't be bothered, he had to be reminded to give us a receipt and wouldn't help load the tiles or even push the trolley to the door but stood and watched me (I'm a 62 year old grandfather)
PS Don't bother ringing them when they are busy - store policy is to look after the people in store first
