First time going and it was the worse meeting I've ever encountered doctor Paul Baggaley is extremely out of touch with how manners are disrespectful and entitled he pushed our 15 min apt down to a one min apt everything they state on their website about patients first etc etc is incorrect

Front admin staff are not the nicest or professional. Multiple times they have failed to check me in as a patient and so I have been left waiting for 1+ hours. Never get an apology even though *sometimes* they admit to the error. Doctors are OK.

Will never recommend Dr Choong for anyone that is seeking medical advice. Extremely condescending and apathetic. A waste of time and money.
