The one star reviews on here almost prevented me from going to this practice. I am glad they didnt. Short waiting time, performed a medical procedure which wouldnt have been done at most other practices and formatted the procedure on the computer to save me the most money. Receptionists were friendly, as was the doctor who showed care and empathy. 10/10 would recommend.

Always wait up to an hour to see the doctor after booking time - reception staff very unhelpful. Doctors below average..

This is the most unprofessional medical centre I have ever had the misfortune to attend. The workers at the desk are misinformed and have a bad attitude. I spoke to the doctor about a serious medical issue and she just blew me off. Her comment was " that's a little strange " and then preceded to tell me I should be taking multivitamins. When I said they make me feel nauseous she insisted I take them. Was she not listening!!! They are overpriced ( $85 for less than 10 mins) and the place is a dump. Avoid this place at all costs and find a real doctor.

During the visit of GP in SBMC I asked GP to complete medical certificate for my insurance company to be able to claim it after. The doctor told me to leave the blank at reception and that she will complete it later and mail it to me. One month already since i did my visit and i didn't receive anything from doctor yet. I did 5 calls during 5 weeks, sent by fax the blank for completion and no results. All the time i get promises by phone that they will call me back, but nothing happened yet :no calls, no follow up, no completed certificates. It doesn't show the medical center from the professional side and i don't know how much efforts and time i will need to spend more to get what i was promised to receive 5 weeks ago.
