      Outstanding Service, and Thank you, Zac!

      We want to extend our sincere thanks to Zac for his incredible kindness and professionalism during what was a very stressful evening. On our way back from Falls Creek to Canberra, our EV battery drained completely, leaving us stranded. The first tow truck driver who arrived after an hour was dismissive, unhelpful, and made an already difficult situation feel worse.



      After contacting NRMA again and waiting another hour, we were incredibly lucky to have Zac assigned to our case. From the moment he arrived, Zac handled everything with calmness, care, and professionalism. It was raining, dark, and cold, but he acted swiftly and got me and my partner safely to the nearest charging station. He even helped jump-start the car, which had gone completely flat, and stayed with us until it was charged enough, making sure it can get us home safely.



      Zac went above and beyond, his presence truly turned a frustrating and anxious experience into something manageable and even comforting. We’re incredibly grateful for his support and kindness.
