I order regularly from Little Triffids, whether it is for my business or personal gifts for friends and every single time Sophie and the team nail it. Professional customer service and amazingly beautiful flowers. I have attended a floristry workshop and even got to see Sophie’s incredible flower farm where she even grows her own flowers! I could not recommend Little Triffids more highly.

Sophie has been an absolute delight to work with during my wedding preparations. She was so responsive and answered all millions of my questions! I loved meeting her in her beautiful shop, she gave me so many options and I could just see how passionate and creative she was by how excited she was about my wedding. I will be recommending Little Triffids to all my family and friends.

Faulty ordering system. Blamed me for the ordering system fault. Was rude and belittling when I expressed my frustration at the ordering error.

Little Triffids have not only provided me with several arrangements for family and friends but they also provided the floral arrangements for my wedding. Both Sophie and Beth are incredibly helpful, full of ideas and nothing is too much trouble. The flowers are always incredible. The are both easy to work with and are quick to get back to you.

I used Little Triffids for my wedding and their work was even better than I could have hoped. Amazing staff who were willing to work with me to get the perfect mix of what I had dreamed of with what worked best for my venue and the season. The wedding arch took my breath away as I walked down the aisle. I would definitely recommend, just wish I lived closer and could buy flowers from them more often
