Can I be present whilst the restump is undergoing?
Yes, in many cases all work is completed underneath the house while you are living at the address, with minimal disturbance. Although it will be a work site, a clean work site is of the utmost importance.
Will there be damage to my home?
You should expect to see some minor damage to the inside of your home. However, we lift your house as slowly and carefully as possible, from the lowest point first to prevent unnecessary damage.

Andrew and the team did a great job on a full re stump on my home. Excellent communication and quality of work, everything was made easy. Only ended up with minor cracking which is fantastic. Thanks guys.

I can highly recommend Elite Reblocking after they completed a full restumping of our house in North East Victoria. Andrew kept us advised of progress and any problems. The quality of the work was excellent and given a big tick of approval by the building surveyor. It was a pleasure to have Andrew and his team onsite.

It's very difficult to get someone in regional areas to restump a house. Communication from Elite was great and regular and they were open and honest with setting expectations and timelines. And the work was first rate. I'd definately recommend them.

Great service, re-stumped our house in very challenging conditions (constant rain over period of works, lack of space under house, very muddy, unpleasant work conditions).
Excellent standard of work, super considerate of not disrupting family life while work went on (we lived in the house while work was done underneath), great communication, great tidy up, left our house and driveway much better than they found it. Just the fact that they are booked out for months speaks volumes. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Andrew and and his team again.

well all has already been said in previous reviews. You get what your paying for with Andrew.yes yes work excellent, timing excellent,clean up excellent, communication excellent. ONE thing that really stood out to us was the treatment of his labourers EXCELLENT. If i was 20 years younger id work for him in a heartbeat thank you to Andrew and Axle for an EXCELLENT job. just another plus there is a good reason the reviews are the same its true and consistent service

Andrew at Elite has just restumped my house in Gillies St.Benalla. Andrew saved my 120 year old miners cottage from being a lopesided trampline. Andrew was very professional & reliable he came with his crew & completed the work in 2 weeks doing an A1 job, as my little cottage needed further love & attention he recommended an excellent builder to complete the job.
