He made sure to give me updates on the day he came out, so I knew what time to expect him. Just wanted to thankyou for going out of your way that Saturday I called you, you made an effort to call by the property to help identify and give me advice on the condition of our Septic treatment plant. The overall condition of the 3 tanks in question were very bleak, especially after 20 years of neglect, you helped me understand that once I located the buried septic to get clear access for the pump away, you could provide a hassle free solution to my problem. Once I was ready, you made arrangements to complete the clean of the 3 tanks at the earliest opportunity, because of your explanation, along with reinstating the treatment plant to it's original state, I've now learnt how to take ownership of the treatment plant and keep control of it's future service. You went well above what I expected from anyone to help sort out this situation.
