Growmaster Ballarat

Selected and ordered a $400 plus feature tree for our new build. After much excitment and soil preparation, husband and I wondered why no one had got in touch at the promised pick-up time. Only to chase the order to be told the very tree had been sold! Disappointing.

Been to Growmaster several times. Staff are all helpful and knowledgeable. I've also ordered plants over the phone & had them delivered and never had any problems at all.

If you want excellent high pressure sales staff this is the place. However, any problems with the product after purchase and "only the Owners can authorise a refund - and they are on holiday overseas".
