Explained everything before starting service. The service was beyond expectations. Was shown on hoist what was required for the vehicle and was quoted with no add-ons. Very happy withoutcome of job will be highly recommending to others if they are wanting to have a road worthy car. It was all the little extra advice given on the day that made me want to come back.

Was very happy that for the first time a mechanic put the vehicle on the hoist to show what was wrong, then what he was going to do to fix the problem with high quality parts and with reasonable prices. Encountering a problem with my caravan a short time after having my vehicle repaired by Richard it was without any hesitation that I took my caravan to Richard to have repaired.

Richard’s knowledge and experience is not only limited to motor vehicles but was also amazing when it came to my caravan.



The spring on my caravan had broken and required replacing and upon inspection it was found that there were other issues relating to brakes and bearing as well as electric brake wiring all of which were shown and explained to me while the van was on the hoist. Apart from the spring, all other issues being the result of inappropriate maintenance by my current van mechanic.

With professionalism, expertise and in a timely manner Richard repaired all the problems with my caravan, explaining to me along the way what he was doing and just as importantly why. This I appreciated greatly.

I am a woman who is a solar traveler towing a caravan and I recently required urgent repair of a Master Brake Cylinder problem. I arrived in Warwick at 4.45pm on a Friday thinking that I could expect to encounter difficulties in finding a mechanic. This was not the case for Richard went out of his way to assess the situation and arranged for me to have vehicle back the next morning. His knowledge base is unbelievably outstanding backed with years of ongoing training, thus adding to his level of expertise.

Assessment revealed added issues with my vehicle and this information was not just verbally provided but also with my vehicle up on the hoist Richard took the time to show and explain the issues which in turn provided me with information and the knowledge of the fact that these issues existed.

These included the need for brake overhaul, replacement of shock absorbers, springs, torsion bars as well as master brake cylinder. These were issues that had resulted in inappropriate maintenance of my vehicle by my current mechanic. I believe Richard was as angry as I was that these problems were not maintained properly.

Richard's work ethics are above reproach which, together with his professionalism, knowledge and expertise in all aspects of mechanical repair resulted in my vehicle being repaired in a timely manner and with gratitude from myself.

Took my tractor radiator in to see what could be done to repair it. Richard had a look and soon told me my options. Very knowledgeable honest guy with great people skills as well. I was very happy the way it turned out and will use this business again and recommend them to anyone.

Towing caravan came to carline with weight distribution set up and tow bar issues. Richard was fantastic . Explained what needed to happen and ordered the parts immediately. The job was done in a couple of days and we now have an excellent safe and thoroughly functional set-up that we understand. He also sorted and tidied some wiring problems that we had with the van setup. Done a few hundred km since then really notice the improvement with the new set-up. Can't that Richard and the team enough. They turned what could have been a really miserable trip into something positive. Would definitely recommend them.
