Do I have to fill out an inventory form?
It is not a requirement, however if you’re heading out of Toowoomba or would like an accurate cost, we do highly recommend it.
How do you ensure the safety of my belongings during the move?
Our professional team uses high-quality packing materials and techniques, combined with careful handling, to ensure your belongings are transported safely and securely.
How and when do we pay?
Payment can be made via bank transfer 3 business days prior to your relocation if quoted. Otherwise, payment is to be completed either by cash, or credit card (bank transaction fees apply). We do not accept cheques or accounts unless previously organised with our office upon booking.
Do you have storage?
We do not have storage facilities at Wellcamp.
How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally a few weeks in advance, especially for peak moving seasons.
Where do I get my packing materials?
We sell quality packing materials including boxes, tape, paper and bubble wrap at our office, and although we do not require you to buy them through us, we do recommend using heavy duty packing cartons to protect your belongings.
What if I need to reschedule my move?
We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new schedule.
Is pet and vehicle transport available?
Yes, we can arrange safe and reliable transport for both pets and vehicles as part of our services.
