We all know that a normal settlement is approximately a month, but Joanne "somehow" was able to get our settlement through 10 days earlier even though a mortgage discharge was required by the vendor and everyone loves the CBA for efficiency. We were cash buyers and needed the premises asap for a family member.
Joanne was responsive and helpful and we appreciated her professionalism.
