I 10/10 recommend Karingal flooring xtra in Ballarat and will always go here from now on! I recently just built my first home and having absolutely no idea what I was doing, Ryan took so much time and patience to work with me to ensure I was getting everything that I needed! He went above & beyond and I now have high quality flooring for my new home and it was reassuring having such a great experience.

would be a 0 if you could give them that, the worst experience of our lives, I think I would rather have teeth pulled than ever have to deal with this business ever ever again. This list of how things went wrong are as long as my arm, not to mention the outright lies we where told by Bret. Avoid this place like the plague, we where given a completion date of 3 weeks max, turned into over 3 months and the spin that was given was the worst I have ever heard. My daughter ended up living for months with a concrete slab in Ballarat of all places. Never ever have I had to deal with such liars. And when did send someone to install at least the wet areas, they could not even get that done right and took them 3 tries to get it done. And it was done 3 months after we where told it would be done, it was just the worst ever.

Ordered a euro fire from them at a cost of$4000 complete with heat banks.

Unit arrived 4 weeks later minus the heat banks . When I called in to see them I was met with aggression from the lady behind the counter, I was a little upset but not enough to warrant the response I got from her, she phoned head office and blamed them for not completing the order correctly and was told it would be sorted in a week or two or I could get a refund for the cost of the heat banks, unfortunately I had paid in full prior to delivery. I want the heat banks.

This is the second time I have had a problem with this company, the first was when I got them In to quote to fit new Lino and carpet to my house, they came , measured and we chose the carpet, then nothing, they never contacted us with a quote . We went elsewhere .

I contacted euro fire direct in Mansfield, very friendly and they are coming next week to fit the heat banks that were never on the order sent from this poor company.

Never again will I go there again , and I would not recommend them at all .

Definitely would not recommend this business. Ordered and paid my deposit, 8 week wait after given a 2 week time frame, the staff member I contacted to find out the progress of my order was very rude and abrupt on the phone. Finally got an install date and half of the supplied product was the wrong size and one blind was also the wrong material. Tried for a refund but they were trying to push the blame elsewhere, finally got my refund after a long painful fight.
