Poor customer service. Owner is rude and dismissive. Clearly they don't need work as they could care less.

Called in a week ago and spoke to nice chap behind the counter. Wanted some components fitted to my motor home that I cannot do myself. Had the components and the motor home. Was told to "come back on Wednesday" (today). I went back today. Same man was behind the counter as was the owner of the business. The owner was incredibly rude and said "Nah. We steer away from motor homes 'cause people don't wanna pay." I said "but we came and spoke to you and you told me to come in today". "Nah sorry. He owns the business", said the nice chap, in the most offhand manner. An insane example of poor customer service. I have the parts, I have the cash and I was prepared to be as flexible as possible. Do not recommend.

Awesome service! Bruce booked us in the next day for a brake inspection and adjustment. We took the van there unhitched and they took it from there. We were contacted when the job was completed and more than happy with the cost. Highly recommended!

We took our brand new caravan in for its first service which is basically a check over to see if there is any loose screws ect. They ended up ripping us off $400.00 for nothing.Avoid like the plague
