Beware the manager is condescending and rude to women and will not take ownership of his mistakes blaming anyone and everything else. The fact another technician from the same franchise advised when the speaker had been replaced the motherboard had been fried so the phone could not read the simcard rendering the phone useless. Had to get a male to speak with him because is very misogynistic and whilst I did not attend he accused me of screaming the place down calling him obscenities when I was calmly talking to him trying to find out if there was a head office i could speak to as the conversation was going nowhere, which he advised he could not disclose that information and it was none of my business. There was another woman in the store at the time who could confirm I was calm. Whilst a did advise that if this went all the way to VCAT he would be up for the cost of the new phone that had to be purchased which was said calmly and not in a nasty tone.
He wanted to take his parts back which wasn't the issue I did not want to leave the phone for him to take additional hardware as he could not be trusted and I didn't want to waste more of my time to repeatedly go back and forth and have to deal with him any further. Yet when he spoke with a male it was done on the spot 🤔. It is 2025 buddy woman are not less than.

We paid for a new battery in a perfect condition iPhone 12 Pro. When arriving to pick it up, half of the screen was no longer working. They tried to charge us for the screen repair (why would I put a new battery in a broken phone in the first place?). They quickly offered it for free. When plugging the phone in, it went to the restore screen and it couldn’t be resolved. We returned for it to be resolved, a number of days later, they said it needed a new motherboard. At this point, the phone was going to be full of after market parts that I consider it unreliable. I’ve now paid $150 for someone to damage our phone and it’s in the bin. I will never use the service again. Very poor customer service.

Big Thumbs Down to MY TOUCH WERRIBEE who sold me an iPhone13 3 weeks ago… which I have had nothing but problems with and everytime I go into the store to ask them to fix the problem they make excuses why they can’t do it and tell me to come back another day. And then I come back and it’s another excuse! I’m so angry I’m literally shaking

I walked in, the guy was asleep at the counter. I should have walked out then but I thought I'd give them a go... big mistake! 3 weeks after dropping my laptop in, no messages... so I go back in. They had tried to call but like most people I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognise. No voicemail left, no sms... They said they could fix it and would call me with a quote. When they called they had already fixed it (but not for long*) without first giving me the quote and getting my approval. I let that go too and went in to collect it. I had been quoted $330 on the phone, then when I went to pay they said it was $350. I had to ASK for a receipt as they didn't offer one. I was paying cash so no prizes for guessing why they weren't going to give me a receipt. About 6 weeks later, laptop not working again*. Same issue as before. I took it back in to get a refund as clearly it's just too far gone. I was refused a refund unless I left it there (again) for "investigation" and I was told that the "warranty" (I was never given a warranty) "gave them the right" to refuse a refund until they had done their "investigation" The warranty page on their website also does not support this claim. I asked again for a refund and was advised "the money doesn't grow on trees" I then requested an electronic copy of my receipt by email but the email has been ignored. There has been zero follow up, clearly they don't care about the experience I have had with them.

I have had $80 removed from my account and have not used your services, want an explanationASAP!!!
