How much weight can an Ezebox hold?

An Ezebox can hold up to 1.5 tonnes of weight. You’re unlikely to exceed this limit loading regular household items, but if you have a lot of books and paperwork, machinery and tools then it would be a good idea to spread these especially heavy items equally between your Ezeboxes. How big is an Ezebox?

Every Ezebox holds a massive 7m3 so there’s plenty of room for your stuff. How much is 7m3? Well, think of it as 1.5 to 2 rooms of furniture… or 140 packaging boxes… or all the gear an adrenaline junkie might own from surfboards to skis to mountain bikes and more. Typically one Ezebox holds the contents of a small 1 bedroom or studio apartment, but keep in mind everyone’s stuff is different! Ezeboxes have a large door for easy access and can hold up to 1.5 tonnes of weight.

Can Ezebox offer insurance?

If it’s worth storing, it’s worth insuring! We can arrange contents insurance cover for your items whilst in storage for as little as $5 per month for every $1,000 of insured contents (starting from a minimum of $5,000 insured).

What is mobile storage?

Mobile storage means we bring the storage space to you. You only load once. We deliver our Ezeboxes to your home or office where you can load your items directly inside, (or we can load them for you) we then forklift your whole storage unit off our truck and into the warehouse for safe keeping. This means there is no need to hire a truck or pay removalists to drive all over town. Mobile storage saves you both time, and money!

What are your opening hours?

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. Our warehouse is open 6 days, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and Saturday 9am – 12pm.

Does Ezebox provide packing supplies?

Optional packing supplies are available through Ezebox services.

How much does an Ezebox cost?

Our rates start from as little as $22.95 per week for long-term storage, but total costs depend on exactly how much space you need, how long for and what (if any) additional services you need, i.e. transport or removalists, insurance, packing materials etc. The best way to get a personalised quote is to submit your request on ezebox.com.au and our system will generate a price for you immediately. What is mobile self-storage and what are the advantages over traditional self-storage?

The main difference is that we bring the storage unit to you. That means: There’s no need to drive to a storage facility You don’t need to hire a ute, van, truck or removalists and You only need to load/unload your items once. Can Ezebox help me transport / move my items into and out of storage?

Yes! Ezebox has 3 easy ways to move into and out of storage: 1. Our Ezeload / Eze-unload service. Two experienced removalists will lift and load your packed items from your home straight into the Ezebox onsite. And from the Ezebox into your new home/office when you want everything back again. 2. Our Self-load / unload service. You lift and load your packed items into/out of the Ezebox onsite. 3. Warehouse load / unload.

Is my Ezebox weather-resistant?

Yes! We do not ever store your precious items outside. We bring your Ezebox in a weather-resistant cover or inside an enclosed truck or trailer to ensure your items are never exposed to bad weather. Each Ezebox is made from strengthened plywood, (which breathes) ensuring your items return to you in the same condition that they were when you stored them.

Is there assistance available for moving heavy items?

Yes, Ezebox has certified AFRA loaders to move heavy items with care.

Can Ezebox assist with loading and unloading?

Yes, Ezebox offers optional removalist services to load and unload items for customers.
