I am usually a fan of Natures Works. I bought 4kgs of Chia seeds to give away as part presents. I wanted to be sure I had good quality product only to find it was like having sand mixed in with it. Imagine my horror to find the 2 bags I kept for myself was so bad I had to toss it out. And I soaked it for up to a week with soy milk. Apart from a 'sorry' when I went to give the feedback, I was told I should expect it of an organic food! Her body language was total lack of interest.
It was my first bad experience after taking Chia for years, and that includes buying it cheaply at a Market.
I was trying to be helpful so that they know and can do something about it. What a disappointment. And it looks like I have lost a friend by giving her a really substandard present. How misguided can we get?????
