I have had my property managed by Platinum Properties (NSW) for 10 years, and I have always found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable, and extremely diligent. They also care about what they do. I cannot praise them highly enough.

Fantastic team. I have had my properties managed by Platinum for more than 10 years & could not be happier. They really know what they are doing & they constantly go out of their way to help. Their knowledge in the industry is also great, and they are nice people that care. I've seen a lot of real estate and strata managers in my time and Platinum are the best by a long way.

I have never met a company so unprofessional and rude, whatever you do don't use this company as a strata management company. If you're a tenant with an issue be prepared to be treated unfairly and rude.

this property agency has been with us for only 1 year but our family members now have very good relationship with them as they did professionally on property selling and gave us very helpful information when we moved out. importantly their team member Christina and another New Zealand girl are very very nice when they came every saturday for property inspection, sorry i forgot the name of that girl. they were also able to give us solution when we lived there. if i have investment property in the future i have no hesitate in using Platinum Properties. thanks my friends. hope to see you soon in near future.

Tania and her great team have managed our investment property as well as being the strata managers for the past 10 years. We would like to thank them for their professionalism in all aspects of our dealings with them. Our unit was always tenanted and rent paid on time, making our time as landlords worry free. All inspections were carried out on time and a full report was sent to us, if we were unable to attend. We would have no hesitations in using Platinum Properties again or recommending them to anyone that was after a property manager. Platinum Properties recently sold our property. Within 3 days of the first viewing we received an offer that we accepted and everything went smoothly as they were in constant contact informing us of the progress.
