What do I see before my job gets printed?

As part of our quality assurance procedures, all jobs must have proof signed off before going to print. Depending on what you are producing, you may see a PDF proof (e.g. for a simple flyer) or a hard copy proof + Mockup (softcover book for instance).

What sort of paper or stock should I print my job on?

Different stocks will give you different results depending on what you'd like to achieve, what is most suited to the job you are producing and what sort of budget you have. Our team can advise you on the best kind of stock to use for a job and lead you in the right direction if you'd like to use an FSC® accredited stock (FSC® C007299).

How long will my job take to print?

Lead times will vary according to the complexity and quantity of the job being produced. For instance, a simple digital business card can take 2-4 working days from approval whereas a case bound book can take 15 working days from approval. Our sales team can guide you through this process.

I'm interested in getting some signage done, but don't know where to start?

One of our account managers can help you decide the best steps to take in regard to having signage produced. They will go through questions with you, covering things like 1) Is the signage meant for short-or long-term use? 2) Is it indoor or outdoor signage (this will determine the substrate used)? 3) What is the size of the sign and how does it need to be installed or mounted?

How do I supply artwork for my book?

The best way to supply artwork is as a print-ready PDF, set up as single pages with crop marks and bleed of at least 3-5mm. Make sure your images are high resolution and fonts are embedded.

Can I see someone to discuss my job and talk about the best way to produce it?

We have a team of account managers available to go through all your questions and offer options on your print projects. Alternatively, you can arrange a time to visit the office and speak to a team member.
