Carve `N' Cut Meats

So very disappointed.. i bought 3 lamb shanks today from the westland shop and put them in the slow cooker... when they were falling off fhe bone i put 2 onto my husbands plate only to find the meat was totally black and smelly...
the third shank looked ok but who wants to eat something cooked with smelly meat.
