Should I get the pest control done before or after cleaning the carpets?

Always after the carpets are cleaned and after the house is washed down.

We are asthmatic. Is it safe for our family?

As a precaution you should not be present whilst the treatment is undertaken.

How often should a pest and termite inspection be done?

At least annually. We shall give you a courtesy reminder each year.

I have found termites what do I do?

Call us immediately and do not disturb them. We will arrive to help within hours of your call.

Are my pets safe?

Dogs and cats are fine. Birds, chooks, guinea pigs, reptiles and fish should be covered.

Do we have to move anything before you come?

No. The only things you may need to move is clutter against skirting boards and beneath the manhole. You do not have to empty any cupboards. However, clothes should be taken off the clothe-line before we spray the outside and cars moved out of the way of the home as a precaution.

Do I have to leave when you spray my home?

No. You don't have to leave yet you should not contact the treatment whilst it is wet. This is why most like to pop out for an hour or two whilst it dries.

Do you go in the roof?

Yes. We apply very fine dust throughout the roof space to flush out and destroy most pests including ants, cockroaches, spiders, and silverfish and also inspect the roof for termites and borers.

Do you look after units, body corporate buildings, offices, and businesses?

Yes. We organise a pricing strategy to reduce the cost for each unit in a body corporate and we manage many medical centres, hospitals, offices, and industrial and commercial businesses.
