RedLand Designs is a home based VBA registered Architectural Drafting business servicing all areas of Ballarat, Geelong and Melbourne. By working from home we are able to keep our overheads to a minimum, enabling us to provide drafting services at a reasonable price. We come to you, saving you time and money. We have over 20 years experience in residential development, specializing in extensions, alterations, carports, garages, pergolas, new dwellings, unit development (dual occupancy), townhouses, apartments, container homes, tiny houses, granny flats and kitchen & bathroom design.
With over 20 years of industry experience, working closely with a range of Melbourne Architects, we can custom design your dream home or investment to suit your needs and tastes. We design to meet town planning, estate design guidelines, MCP plans and the building regulations.

We needed a site plan in order to get a building permit and unfortunately we had to go back and forth making minor changes to receive our permit. Throughout the whole process every change was made without any hassle and always within a day of my request. Communication was excellent and made our work so much easier and less stressful. Have never before had someone in the building industry be so easy to work with!

I needed a draftsperson for a job in Tarneit. Rang a number of drafting businesses to discuss my requirements and to obtain quotes.
