How much will I pay?
We bulk bill clients on a Pension/ Health Care Card and 15 years and under whom are eligible for Medicare. A fee will apply if you are not eligible for Medicare and/or you are not under the categories listed above. All DVA card holders are covered under Department of Veteran Affairs, no payment necessary.
How long does it take to get an appointment with my doctor?
We aim to see children and urgent patients as a priority. Same day appointments are available please advise us if your personal situation is urgent.
How long will I need for my appointment?
Standard appointment is less than 15 minutes.
I need to spend more than 15 Minutes with my Doctor, can I organise this?
Please advise at the time of making the appointment if you require more time and/or multiple concerns to advise reception staff.
Is there parking available at the practice?
Both sites have free parking.
Is the practice seeing new patients and families at the moment?
Definitely! All our doctors continue to take new patients. Sick children will always been seen as a priority. We have seven female doctors and seven male doctors between our two locations. We are able to offer same day appointments.

How do I access afterhours care?
By contacting Home DR Service on 13 sick (13 74 25).
What is our fee/billing schedule?
Bulk Bill, Pensioners, Health Care Card Holders, Children 15 years and under Standard Consultation $ 65.00 Medicare rebate if eligible $37.05 ( rebate can be transferred back into your bank account through Medicare Easyclaims, please ask the girls for further information when making an appointment.
