Have been going here for 3 years since I moved to Wollongong. These guys deliver great customer service and are experts in their field.

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND

DO NOT USE. We took our car in for a service because the engine light came on. When they called us to discuss the issues they said we also needed new tyres and breaks. I said I couldn't afford the price quoted so he gave me an option for a cheaper tyer which I agreed to. When picking up the car the mechanic said the engine light was in relation to a misfire but nothing they could do and they car was still running ok. 1 week later the car blew up on the side of a road (with my 4 kids on the way back to canberra). When we called the mechanic he said he never did a service and his turned the engine light off as we couldn't afford it. He never said he was taking the service off the cost. Our engine light was on and in desperate need of a service. I was taken advantage of! And now our car is so damaged it's not worth fixing and they have wiped their hands of it because they never did the service but never told us about it!!! RIP OFF PLACE TAKING PEOPLES MONEY. I paid $900 for new tyres and breaks when I thought they were doing a service!

Terrible customer service. Car was damaged when I picked it up. No responsibility taken. Will not be getting my car serviced here again.
