I was given a quote for my BiLock, then when I committed to getting it, I was told that they made a mistake and the actual price is almost twice the price.
I accepted that everyone makes mistakes and went ahead with it. After the lock was installed, I called to ask for a warranty statement for my 5-year warranty they had promised me over the phone. I was then told to hold on to my receipt, because in their company, the official receipt would be equivalent to your warranty that starts from the date on the receipt.
I had a problem with the lock after a year and they completely went against their word, once again. They said that they had a change in systems so there was no record whatsoever of the transactions prior to that and there's no such thing as a warranty for the lock I purchased.
I am thoroughly disappointed with this company and will never use their services again. If I can give a review lower than 1-star for the services from this company, I would.
