      Will all the stains come out of my carpet?

      Anything that has changed the colour of the carpet, eg: pet urine, hairdyes, bleach, some artificial food colourings etc..., are unlikely to come out as the damage is permanent.


      My carpet is very expensive wool, will your machine cause any damage?

      No, we take extreme care and have appropriate brushes especially made for woolen carpets.


      How wet will my carpets be when you're finished and how long will they take to dry?

      We only apply a fine mist over the carpets so usually they will be dry in a couple of hours, we use 90% less water than steam cleaning method.
