Absolutely do not recommend using the service department of Reitsemas.



Grahame the repair man did not confirm the particular time or day he would arrive. Arrived just prior to 8am. We let him in and showed him the dishwasher and then at 8am we left to drop me to work, 5 minutes away. On husbands return, Grahame was gone, dishwasher had been dragged out onto the side deck, door was open, and our dog was missing! We did not ask for dishwasher to be removed from the house, as you would know it leaves a gaping dusty mess of a hole (dishwasher was promptly rained on before we had a chance to even decide if we wanted a second opinion)



He left kitchen in a mess with all the under sink items (did call to check with me this was okay - failing to mention dishwasher was outside and my house was left unsecured)



While we appreciate it was not to be repaired, the contractor did not wait for my husband's return to finalise the job or secure the house whatsoever. Other than the security of our house, the house was also in an open state that our dog was able to get out and was not found for a significant time, which was distressing.



Contacted Reitsema by email 2 times, I spoke with them on the phone, my husband called twice to try to be put through to contactor, with no effort to resolve or take our complaint seriously.

Whilst visiting from Sydney Graham uncovered the issue with our new caravan Truman gas heater. He persevered until he found the unusual problem which was a piece of polystyrene in the gas pipe inlet! Thank you Graham for great service.
