Good posture is the ability of the body to successfully control its position in space against the forces of the external world; i.e. without slumping, slouching, etc. Posture is both static (sitting in one position) and dynamic (maintaining balance). Poor posture in a child can develop into bigger problems in the adult, but it can be remedied by a chiropractor. So, how do you identify poor posture and how do you remedy it?
