Absolutely terrible communication, and ethics. Says he’s a man of his word, but talk is cheap. Total let down and then to hear he rips off other local businesses and workers. Plenty of other removalists to use before this mob!

Have only ever used Steve to move us and have always be amazed by the service. Always so friendly and helpful. And always a good price and nothing every damaged

We have used Steve twice in the last three months. Once to put furniture into storage and then to deliver it to our new home. We live in a high rise so everything had to be unloaded outside and brought through basement to the lift. Everything was done quickly and professionally. They even took legs off dining table as it wouldn’t fit through door and reassembled it once it was inside. Nothing was too much trouble for them and it was all done in a friendly manner. I would definitely recommend Steve and his team

Quoted quickly. We were constantly pressured for money. After we paid hear next to nothing. Claimed to have lots of experience and adequate insurance cover. Split our removal across two moves but wouldn't confirm the second delivery date. Got a phone call while we were out to return home for the second delivery which we didn't know was happening at that time! Many items were broken. Discovered he had to hire the truck for another contractor. There was no insurance cover. Lies. Lies Lies. Have chased him for two months for replacement of brand new 55" TV to no avail. Just ridiculouly belligerent behaviour and interactions. Completely incompetent.

One star only for communication but the overall experience was terrible. Three days late because of apparent truck problems which meant we had to pay for an Airbnb for four nights instead of only one, we had to take time off work and the pottery kiln Steve moved from the Gold Coast to Kempsey was badly damaged upon arrival. On top of that, he denied anything happened. The stainless steel kiln flue had crumpled and the interior walls had collapsed all by themselves! Of course! Way didn't I think of that?! Use this company at your own peril.

Steve and team made our move so easy and seamless.
