They do not set expectations of delivery dates until you place the order. And when you realize there will be significant delay with delivery they have zero flexibility or willingness to help and will no refund. Stay away from this business.

Mealy Bug Infestation & Poor Packing

As you can see in the picture, my plants arrived in terrible condition. I spent $340 on several plants and to have them arrive damaged and one infested with mealy bugs was disappointing. What was more disappointing than that was the customer service and poor packaging. I was offered a $84 refund or a $106 store credit after asking to return the plants and get a full refund. I was then offered a refund of $124 after again insisting on a refund and return. Safe to say I won't be buying plants from this company again.
