CEVA Logistics

Have been dealing with CEVA to ship containers for the last 2 months. Not one single container has arrived without some problem that I had to deal with personally. For a logistics "specialist", they are totally incompetent. Declared goods as the wrong commodity, sent "company A" lab test results instead of "company B" to the shipping line, books transport timeslot only after container is available at port (reducing free period to de-hire) and then requires 48 notice to pick up to de-hire, give nothing but excuses and take absolutely no responsibility for any mistakes they make.
