Had bought quite a few products through the company in setting up our computer network and all was fine till received specialised equipment. Firstly had difficulty with the company as parts didn’t include an adaptor for Australia.

This finally arrived after a couple of attempts and a few months late. 6 months later had issues with the equipment and that was it- company didn’t want to know.

After countless phone calls, and promises to call back, ignored emails, etc, it was obvious company did not stand by its product and its PR skills were terrible.

So my opinion is if the equipment works fine, all will be happy but definitely don’t worry about chasing them up- they have your money!
