Happy Removals

I know them very well, they did the service in Brisbane for 20 years. i ask them to do moving for 5 times, except one time half late, all the rest is very good. they are efficient and friendly. but don't know why they got so poor review. trust me give them a go, you will find the difference.

I don't want give any star if I could, they are the laziest team I have ever met. End up we did everything on our own, when I ask them move little bit faster, their leader just swearing at me and threat me they will leave with my fridges still in the truck

We used these guys for our move from Brisbane to the Gold Coast. My mom had booked them about a week in advance as we were moving a day before settlement. On the day of the move, no one shows up. She rings to get an eta and the company can't do our booking now. She tells them off, but I ring through and eventually they say they'll send two trucks two hours from when we were supposed to. Of course, there is now an additional charge for having a second larger truck.

The move after this goes okay. I did notice that they parked their truck away from our house. This meant they would have to take longer on every item. They also put all of our boxes into the garage rather than seperating into different areas. We would also later find out that a vintage Casio keyboard had gone missing. Overall, we were charged $1500 for the move, so thieving is inexcusable. Definitely not a "Happy" experience.

2.5 hours late then wanted to go and get food!!!!! No compensation, very slow workers - my flat mate and I ended up doing most of the work. Would NEVER re-use or recommend. Couldn't understand English or instructions given.

Do NOT book this company. I was booked for the Monday morning, and they cancelled on the Friday afternoon.

They turned up half and hour late. Complained about steep driveway (even though I'd alerted them to this). BROKE the first thing they touched - a $500 mirror! When I told them they'd have to pay for it, they refused to pay for it OR move me! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. They have no paperwork prior to moving you. Can hardly speak english, so communication is an issue! DO NOT USE.

Arrived to uplift a modular lounge, decided that their back was sore and left. Company did nothing! Hung up and wouldn't answer phone. When asked why only 1 person for uplift, response - 'they are just normal men not machines'. Seriously we are talking about a lounge! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

They were fine for a quick move. I tad late but got the job done.

Should of checked this site before! The management was a real sweet talker until I made a complaint, then they were so rude and turned off their mobile phone. What a way to do business.
The movers themselves were ok, did their job ok I guess, but I could tell they didn't want to be there. I had told them before hand that there is 2 flights of stairs but they were huffing, I guess for not helping. Yeah I'm a guy, I look big but I recently had a back operation and didn't want to strain it. . Ah I hate moving. And I hate this company.

HORRIBLE ... DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE ... After booking removal for 10am on a saturday we received a call saying they are going to be 5hrs late ... then they send A SMS at 3pm on the Saturday saying they cant make it anymore and they also turn off their phone so they cant be contacted ... DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE !!!
