They are always prompt, their work is top notch and we are ALWAYS pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the cost has been no matter what we have had done. A very big thank you to Dave for going above and beyond in looking after us (kitchen tap situation) we very much appreciated it and will certainly be calling when we get the new kitchen in. PS In relation to the review below I have NEVER been charged for a quote and I could never imagine this company ripping any customer off.

Hi, We first used Newcastle Plumbing a few years ago. They were around the next day for a quote and our plumbing was done for our bathroom promptly after ringing them asking when they could book us in. We have since used this company for any plumbing needs, and will continue to do. They are prompt and reliable and have never had a problem with something they have fixed. Highly recommend these guys for anyone wanting a good honest plumber to get the job done right and give an honest opinion.

Had to pay for a quote, needed toilet fixed. Paid close to 4k, and 2 weeks later toilet blocked again. They charged me to come to fix what i paid to be fixed 2 weeks earlier! Very unsatisfied. Felt very ripped off
