N.A Tiling

Nic was employed as our tiler a few weeks ago.. My completed bathroom may look ok but it does not function. When i turned my shower on for 40 seconds the water run across the room toward my timber vanity. There is no way i can use this bathroom as the water runs away from the drain and sits pooling on the floor beyond the shower. then there is the drain situation.. so he didn't have to cut 2 tiles he placed my drainage grate 3/4 over the drainage pipe so its off centred which is all exposed screed and lots of screed rubble has fallen into the drainage pipes as there is no outlet from the grate into the drainpipe. I have been ringing NIc and texting Nic to get in touch to fix these issues he will not return our calls or messages. Im absolutely devastated that he has put us in this situation. He has been paid to destroy my bathroom basically. i don't know how i can afford to fix this major issue. besides all that he is not punctual and he would only work 4 maybe 5 hrs a day and was on the phone to his girlfriend every 10 mins.. i would never recommend Nic to anyone with his substandard workmanship and substandard work ethic.
