Took photos in to get mounted...came back with rough horrible edges, and scratches all over the face of the photos. Tried to hide it, wrapped it all up, said all went smoothly and took my money...didn't notice till I got home.
Now they won't refund my money. Despite destroying my pictures.
Poor service and unethical! Even if they could deliver the product you wanted (they couldn't for me, despite having several conversations about the requirements and offering a sample print to test process that they refused)...I wouldn't just for their total lack of personal and business ethics!
