Only saving grace with these guys is they did come out as an emergency.
Their quote was $9300. Googled what was a good price and this seemed exorbitant.
2nd option quote was $4400 from company we previously used.
Felt like I was being scammed, so suggest steering clear of these guys.

STANDARD COPPER REPAIR-I FOUND THE LEAK, VERY VERY ACCESSIBLE, ON ROOF,TILES REMOVE 4 OF THEM.REPAIRED HE OFFERED TO REPLACE TILE, ALL IN ALL HERE 10 MINUTES, COST OVER $**** HOW IS THAT JUSTIFIED ,NOT ALLOWED TO PUT COST ON REVIEW,
EMPLOYEES WERE VERY NICE THATS WHY I PUT 2 STARS,FOR THE COST I WOULD HAVE PUR ZERO

The phone operators took my calls and scheduled a visit for the technicians in the following days, but the technicians didn’t show up. I rescheduled multiple times—six times now—and they never came. I wish they would just tell me they’re too busy to take on my job, rather than wasting my time. I also wonder if the technicians are actually happy working for this company. Don’t bother to call them, it’s far better to pay usual fees and get a good service.

Booking an appointment was very easy. They truly are available 7 days a week. Showed up within the appointed time. Diagnosed the issues and resolved the problems quickly and efficiently. Pricing was straight forward and there were no surprises. We will use them again if a need arises.
