Dealing with Echelon Claims Services has been a frustrating experience. Their communication is virtually non-existent, and critical actions are taken without any notice or explanation.
When trying to get clarity or assistance, responses are slow, vague, and unhelpful. For a company managing insurance-related claims, you’d expect a higher level of professionalism, transparency, and customer support—none of which were delivered.
If you’re relying on them for important financial matters, be prepared for poor service and a complete lack of accountability.
Very disappointing. Would not recommend.
