These guys are exceptionally unhelpful. Tried to reschedule my course (booked for Tuesday evening) on Monday morning. They wanted to charge a $55 rescheduling fee even though I had tried calling on Sunday and had no-one answer. Poor form! I guess you get what you pay for. And clearly the $99 doesn't include service.
I will be paying the little extra and going to a more reputable training provider in the future.
