Our story began in 1995 with the inception of our first plumbing business in Adelaide, SA. Our modest operation soon grew across Australia as we followed our passion for delivering excellence into other utility trades, including air conditioning and other heating and cooling solutions. Do you charge extra for public holidays or weekends?
No we don’t! Regardless of the day or time, we never charge extra for after-hours attendance.
What are the methods of payment?
On site, our plumbers accept cash, credit card or cheque. We also have finance options** to approved applicants. If you would like to take advantage of these, simply mention it on the phone to our friendly call staff.
What other services do you offer?
We also have a team of qualified electricians and plumbers, so if you need more than just your air conditioner serviced, we can attend to all your electrical and plumbing needs too!

I asked to have 2 split systems serviced, the guy who did the quote said they strip the entire unit, clean out the coil, sensors, fan, everything. Upon them coming to do the work which was only 45 minutes worth of work, all they did was spray it out with coil cleaner and water. They needed a swcond trademan to foot the ladder being it was 2 story, second guy just sat on his phone on the grass and didnt actually do anything. 45minutes work was $3700. They guy who did they cleaning was good however but he informed e he can't do anything, it's feomthe bosses
Avoid if you can.

I phoned up about getting rates and received half-baked answer. Then read the reviews and found it amazing that there are a lot of 1-star reviews which represents all the unhappy customers and then 5-star reviews which seem most of the times written in a way that makes them sound like the best thing since sliced bread. I would not trust them to be real reviews. There are no 2,3- or 4-star reviews. Why? No, I did not ask them to quote on my job as there are too many red flags.

One of their technicians recently came out to inspect our ducted split system, as we had been experiencing some issues and the unit was not working properly.
After spending approx. 15-20 mins on the premises, the tech recommended a "rejuvenation" of our split system at a cost of $1,849.00. Yesterday, a technician from a different
company came out to inspect the unit and found that it was completely out of gas. He also tested for leaks but couldn't find evidence of one. The cost of replacing the gas was $360.00
and fortunately that resolved the issue for us.
Their technician did not mention that our system was out of gas. This leads me to believe that either 1. Your technician is not properly qualified and did not have the experience to diagnose the issue ; or 2. They knew exactly
what the issue was and what was required to fix it, but recommended an expensive solution which would have been overkill and unnecessary.
I suspect it was the latter since the gentleman who inspected our system seemed highly knowledgeable. It's really disappointing in this day and age that a business takes this approach to its customers. One only needs to look at the reviews online to see that their company is renowned for this.

I will call them again without hesitation. My unit was leaking and not cooling, and they had it running like new by the afternoon. Honest pricing and friendly service made the whole experience surprisingly pleasant.
